When we created Knac 1 year ago we had one goal in mind, to completely revolutionize the job application process and make it more efficient for recruiters and job seekers alike.
We launched our BETA with some of the biggest brands in the world and helped professionals across the country get closer to their dream job.
Our original thought was that assessments were the best way to help companies screen applicants and give people feedback. We realized that assessments weren’t enough, and that the entire screening process needed to be reinvented to become more equitable, fair, and transparent.
We believe that productivity in recruiting has compromised thoughtfulness. Our ultimate vision is to help companies fully engage everyone in their pipelines and use the data gathered during the hiring process to give applicants the feedback they deserve.
We’ve spent the last few months determining what’s next in our roadmap, and are excited to announce V2 of our product will be available this fall.
We are joining one of the top enterprise accelerators in the country and will be rolling out tons of new features to make Knac more valuable for all.
